Valentine’s Day Ready

So, since we are only a few Thursdays away from Valentine’s Day, I figured I would round up some outfit ideas for you guys!

I know it’s not everyone’s favorite holiday, but I feel like even if you aren’t in the Valentine’s Day spirit, it is still fun to dress like you are!

For those of you who love Valentine’s Day, I am right there with you! Mainly because it gives my husband and I a reason to go on a fun date!

And, if you are going on a date on Valentine’s Day, then of course you have to wear the classic pink and/or red! It’s just fact. Nah, I’m just kidding! But, really though, it’s cool to wear the traditional colors, but you definitely don’t have to.

I personally love the monochromatic looks, which is why I decided to do an all pink outfit with this post (minus the pops of white in the shoes and purse).

If you don’t want to be wearing so much red and pink, then break up the colors by adding in a neutral or printed piece. For instance, try a subtle pink skirt with a neutral colored top.

Or, even better, try a printed top [if you are anything like me, then this really means leopard or stripes haha] with a solid pink or red bottom piece.

Or, if you want to be really subtle, you could wear neutral colored clothing and only use your accessories as “Valentine’s Day” pieces. For instance, a simple white tee and jeans with a pink heart shaped crossbody bag would be so cute and subtle!

Top: Gap | Bottoms: Gap | Blazer: Nordstrom | Shoes: Aldo | Bag: Mango

Whatever the case may be, showcase your own style and have fun with it!

Hope you all have a great weekend! And, Happy early Valentine’s Day!
